Standard Products Return Policy

For non-custom, ready-made curtains and textile products:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Custom Orders Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom curtain and textile orders:

  • Custom-made products are generally non-refundable
  • Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect
  • Changes to custom orders must be requested before production begins
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues with custom products
  • Final approval of fabric samples and measurements is your responsibility

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive curtains or textile products that are defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you
  • We will replace the product or provide a full refund
  • Shipping damage should be reported immediately upon delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To return eligible curtain or textile products:

  • You will receive email confirmation once inspection is complete
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to standard product returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for eligible curtain and textile products:

  • Indicate that you wish to exchange rather than return
  • Specify the replacement product you would like
  • We will ship the exchange once the original item is received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed or altered
  • Products that show signs of wear or use

Order Cancellations

To cancel your curtain order:

  • Standard orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund
  • Custom orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund minus any consultation fees
  • Orders in production or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to this policy

Installation-Related Issues

If you experience issues after installing your curtains:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss the situation
  • If professional installation was provided by us, we will address the issue at no additional charge
  • Issues resulting from self-installation or third-party installation are not covered
  • We may request photos or a site visit to assess the situation

Warranty Coverage

Our curtains and textile products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fading due to sun exposure
  • Damage from improper care or cleaning
  • Alterations made after purchase
  • Accidental damage or misuse
